Dalloyau, a distinguished French culinary brand with a rich heritage dating back to 1682, launched its first retail branch and restaurants in Hong Kong. Working in conjunction with interior design firm Yabu Pushelburg, New Inc has created unique branding materials for each area of service; La Boutique, Le Café and French fine dining restaurant Épure. Custom logos and shop cards, series of menus, promotional items and specialty packaging have been created per each zone to have their own precedent voice, yet stylized to fit under the opulent Dalloyau corporate brand.
